Product Return Policy and Refunds
What is Baby Doll Cribs Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller and you must contact and/or make reference to the main sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds are usually made back to the actual card and may take up to Four weeks to credit back. However, some resellers may have different policies regarding refunds, for instance only giving store credit or gift cards. Please refer to the original sellers refund policy.
Requirements to get a Full Refund
In most instances these are the basic requirements for a full refund.
- Items must be in new condition
- Items should be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices will need to have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing must be unworn
3rd party Seller Returns Policies
Many sellers offer a returns policy corresponding to our own, some seller returns policies will vary. Each seller's refund policy is available on the vendor's website. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped with a seller are borne by the buyer.
Items worth over must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. Should the order is valued at 0 or over, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: Should a package doesn't arrive and you don't utilize a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may not be entitled to a refund.

- Clothing
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Watches (except those bought in Sports & Outdoors)
UPS Pickups
As soon as you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to your address with your shipping label within 1-5 working days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error including that in the returned package. Should the original packaging is still available, return the product in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request
After a UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
